We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Leaderboard data (username and score) is visible to all app users as part of the competitive exam feature. You may choose a display name to protect your identity.

MCQuest operates an in-app coin economy designed to encourage consistent learning and reward genuine academic performance. Please read the following rules carefully:

• Coins are earned through in-app activity such as completing practice sessions, mock exams, and daily learning streaks
• Coins may also be purchased directly within the App using supported payment methods (e.g., bKash)

• Coins can only be spent inside the App — to unlock exams, access premium preparation content, and participate in competitive assessments
• Coins have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, or redeemed externally

• Coins are strictly personal and non-transferable — they cannot be sent, gifted, or shared between accounts
• Coins cannot be encashed, withdrawn, or converted to any real-world currency or monetary equivalent under any circumstances

• All rewards and recognition within MCQuest are awarded purely on merit — based on exam scores, performance consistency, and academic achievement
• MCQuest does not operate any luck-based, random draw, raffle, or lottery mechanism; every reward is earned through demonstrated effort and knowledge
• Leaderboard rankings and reward eligibility are determined solely by performance metrics

• All coin transactions and activity are logged and may be reviewed for fraud prevention and abuse detection
• BAADOL reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or forfeit coins and rewards in cases of suspected manipulation, cheating, or violation of our Terms of Service

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure cloud infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage users to protect their account credentials.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained until you request deletion or your account is inactive for 24 consecutive months
• Exam and performance data: Retained for up to 5 years for analytics and regulatory compliance
• Coin purchase and transaction records: Retained for 7 years as required by Bangladesh financial regulations
• Log data: Retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes

MCQuest is intended for users aged 16 and above, primarily university students and adult job seekers preparing for the Bangladesh Civil Service examination. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians with concerns should contact us at privacy@baadol.com.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, social media login). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before interacting with them.

We may send push notifications to your device for exam reminders, result announcements, and app updates. You can manage or disable push notifications through your device settings at any time. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or app features. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
• Send an in-app notification to registered users
• Post the updated policy on our website and within the App

Your continued use of MCQuest after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including but not limited to the Digital Security Act, Cyber Security Ordinance 2025, and any applicable data protection regulations. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
